A thousand years of Sonic 1

                               The beginning of gods

 In a place far from others was a hidden village far from the known lived a king with his twin sons. The king was having problems with his kingdom the grass nor green would grow. There people were constantly attacked and there was no gold anymore, the king asked for the gods help and the gods send him a message. That 3 young gods would come to the earth and will be sing with the mission of finding the village and protect it. The king waited with patients as he hope that the gods wouldn't take so long on coming to the kingdom. It was said that night 3 stars feel from the sky, the first star was the red one it had fallen in the middle of a forest not too far from the kingdom, "The god of Ideal you will learn to control this gift and make a good use of it. You will travel to a kingdom hidden far from any other but first you must find the other two gods that will accompany you. I wait the best of you Shadow" said the god as Shadow sleeping during the way.  The second star was blue and it landed near a different village and the third star was purple and it landed farther than the rest. "My children take care of your self until we meet again" said the god.

 The forest next morning Shadow was the first to witness the light of day, he stood up and looked at the crater that was created by his landing. He couldn't careless and walked out the crater he saw the trees and bushes everywhere. He started to walk around searching for something to drink, he saw a puddle he looked at his reflection. He was a you child with black fur and red stripes with matching eyes, he also notice he was wearing a ninja Chinese vest that was a red and golden, his pants were also golden and it seems he was wearing some boots but weren't notice as boots because the pants cover it's hight. He grabbed some water and started to drink it, he knew his mission was to find the other two that were send with him and head to the village. He started to look around curious and walk seen what he would find in his way. He could feel he was getting close to something but he didn't knew what. Shadow came across a school it seemed there was allot of kids that look about his size playing and jumping around in a play ground. He saw that there was a little kid a fox boy with two tails, he was reading a book, his fur was orange and his eyes were a clear blue. He had a little sweater on color red and some long pants color peach and his little shoes were red with white.  He was just fine Shadow then realized that 3 kids were heading his way, a black fox with purple eyes, a raccoon that was orange and a little dog kid.

 The fox kid was just reading not bothering anyone, then the black fox took his book away, "Hello their Tails whatcha doing?" he asked, "Brandon nothing I was just reading.. Can I have my book back?" Tails asked a little nervous. "Your a weird kid lets see the science of nature how lame, here Jace" said Brandon giving the book to the dog. The dog laugh and grabbed the pages starting to eat them, "No no!" Tails tried to grab his book but Brandon got in the way, the dog continue to eat them. "Too bad kid looks like your book is not going to be complete" said the orange raccoon, Tails started to tear up and sob, "Why are you always bothering me?" he asked. "Because we think your a weird kid and different is rejected here" said Brandon pushing Tails making him fall on the ground, they started to laugh at him. Shadow got mad it was unfair for them to bother Tails he was just a small kid, "Hey!" someone yelled. Shadow looked over and saw a blue hedgehog with emerald eyes, he had a normal vest it looked more Japanese than a Chinese one it was color green with some black patterns. His pants were a very light clear blue almost white and his boots were not too long nor short they were color black with green designs. He went over to Tails and helped him up, "You okay?" he asked, Tails sob a little and nod lightly. They were all surprise and surrounded the hedgehog, Tails hide behind him. "So your a friend of his? Don't you know kid we don't deal with strange people" said Brandon, the blue hedgehog smiled at them "But different is good" he said. "Well we don't like it in that case your just like him" said Brandon pushing the hedgehog, the hedgehog wonder why Brandon did that to him. "Well if you are so brave in helping your friend why don't you fight back" asked Jace as the three decided to charge at the hedgehog all at once. The little hedgehog jumped up making them all crash into each other, "Are you okay?" asked the hedgehog leaning over to them. Shadow was surprise how the hedgehog would just react like that, Tails went to the hedgehog "Thank you for helping me" said Tail, the hedgehog smiled at him all the kids went over to the blue hedgehog they wanted to play with him for some reason. Shadow though the hedgehog was a bit strange but he continue to walk away he couldn't stop he needed to concentrate in his mission. Shadow walked through paths waiting to get somewhere he couldn't help but to keep thinking, the hedgehog's clothing was a bit similar to his maybe he was young god as well but Shadow wasn't sure he wanted to go back but keep walking.

 The day was passing slowly Shadow looked up at the sky it seemed it was noon already and he was nowhere, Shadow sigh and sat down he started to meditate to see where he was and where he should go, he felt a god power near and another one far away. Shadow knew it had to be one of the other two he was order to look for, Shadow got up and headed that exact direction. A leopard came out and appeared in his face, Shadow looked at the animal and it seemed it wanted to attack him but Shadow jump up an kicked the animal away scaring it. Shadow continue to head where he was going,  he keep walking to the direction, he was heading to a waterfall he looked at it and it was beautiful. There was a few rocks near the water and something blue on it, Shadow detected the god power and notice that it was one of them. Shadow walked over to it and notice it was the same little blue hedgehog he saw before, the little hedgehog was sleeping on the rock with his hands on his head all curled up and purring as he sleep. Shadow saw him peacefully he grabbed the hedgehog's ear and tug it a little wake him up. The little hedgehog tense a little and sat up rubbing his eye he yawn a little. He looked at Shadow's all sleepy for a minute the hedgehog though Shadow was glaring at him but he didn't knew that was just his normal face, "Ohhh" the hedgehog looked at him curious. He got off the rock and started to walk around Shadow looking at him from tip to toe, Shadow was wondering what the hedgehog was doing. Then in a surprise the hedgehog hugged his arm, "Hehehe I never seen anyone like me before" he said giggling. Shadow didn't like that an so he pushes him away and glared at the hedgehog, the hedgehog just have Shadow a sweet smile. Shadow's cheeks turned a bit pink because of that, "Hi me Sonic the hedgehog god of dreams" said Sonic, "Shadow the hedgehog god of ideal" said Shadow, "Ohh your a god too cool, it's so nice to meet you" said Sonic he was so exited he meet Shadow for the first time, "Mission" said Shadow. "Oh yes, we need to head to the village do you know where it is?" Sonic asked, Shadow pointed at a different direction. Sonic looked at him and nod he stretch his hand at Shadow, "Hold hands?" Sonic asked sweetly hiding the other behind his back. Shadow looked at him, he knew Sonic meant no harm so he didn't hesitate to grab Sonic's hand and started to walk together for the first time. Sonic was looking around the forest he was curious, "Look" said Sonic pointing at a butterfly on a flower, Shadow looked at Sonic confused why would he be so exited to see that. "This is me first time out of the god realm, I think everything here in the human world is pretty don't you?" Sonic asked, Shadow just keep walking not paying attention, Sonic looked a little closer to him, "Ohh your not much of a talker it's okay" said Sonic he giggled a little as he continue to walk with Shadow. Sonic let go of Shadow's hand and went over to some flowers that were near a stream they looked beautiful to Sonic, "Look flowers white ones they are so beautiful" said Sonic grabbing some of them, Sonic looked over at Shadow. Shadow tilt his head he wonder why Sonic was so curious and cheerful about things, he looked over at Shadow and smiled then he looked up curiously. Sonic tilt his head looking at the tree, Shadow looked up and saw some huge apples on the tree. Shadow made a small spear and knocked a apple down, he grabbed it and went to Sonic. Sonic looked at Shadow, Shadow gave him the big apple. Sonic looked curiously at the apple and then at Shadow, Sonic took a bite at the apple and smiled, "Now you take a bite" said Sonic putting the apple near Shadow's lips, Shadow looked over at Sonic and took a bite of the apple. Sonic was always smiling and after a while they could finally continue to head to the village but it was getting dark. "Hey Shadow shouldn't we rest for the night?" Sonic asked, Shadow looked around to see where they could rest, "How about here this tree looks good we can lay on it" said Sonic, Shadow nod and sat down the tree was comfortable for the back since it wasn't straight. Shadow leaned on it and Sonic sat beside him, Shadow laid on his side and Sonic did the same only the opposite way looking at Shadow. Sonic hugged Shadow close and cuddle to him their knees were touching, Shadow looked curious and wrapped his arms around Sonic too, Sonic blush and smiled as he now made a new friend.

 As the sun shone upon Sonic and Shadow as it was day time, Shadow opened his eyes and saw Sonic peacefully sleeping in his arms. Shadow moved his arms away gently not to bother him, Sonic opened his eyes anyway and looked over at Shadow. Sonic stretch and looked around he got up, his stomach started to growl and he blush. Shadow looked at Sonic's belly, "I'm hungry I think their is a village near by maybe we can eat something there" said Sonic. Shadow just looked around and notice there was a village near he pointed at it's direction, Sonic grabbed his hand "Okay let's go" said Sonic, Shadow looked down at their hands this time their fingers were intertwined. "Why you do that?" Shadow asked, "Oh I just like doing that it makes me feel... Happy I'm sure you haven't done this before and that's why it's strange to you" said Sonic, Shadow then looked away and started to walk to the village. They pass on a little bridge to the entrance of the kingdom, "Hmm? There has to be something near" said Sonic. They looked around the village was full with people walking around, then a guy bump with Sonic, "Watch it  kid!" yelled the guy rudely, "Sorry mister" said Sonic, Shadow glared at the guy. They keep walking at around the village they made it to the middle where a fountain was, Sonic smiled and drag Shadow there with him, "Look" said Sonic. Shadow looked in the fountain and then at Sonic wondering what was so exciting about seen water, "Hehehe silly your so clueless" said Sonic. Sonic smelled something delicious near it was a bread baking store he giggled and went to the store he walked around and smell all the yummy food. "Mm bread" said Sonic looking around, Sonic tried to reach one but couldn't "Oh I can't reach" said Sonic. "Hey kid stop! Your not suppose to touch those you have to pay" said the baker, "I'm hungry" said Sonic, "Well I'm the baker here and if you don't have money no bread for you" said the guy. Sonic looked up at him, "Ohhh so your the guy who makes the bread?" Sonic asked, "Yes I am now I'm going to ask you to leave" said the baker, "Wow you make bread that's great" said Sonic giggling, "Yeah yeah..... Wait what? You think it's cool?" the baker asked, "Yes why wouldn't I?" Sonic asked. "Are you just flattering me to get some bread?" the baker asked, "No sir I'll get the money some how" said Sonic walking away smiling, ".... Hey kid wait" said the baker, "What?" Sonic looked back at him, "Here you can forget about the money" said the baker giving him a small basket with 3 big breads. "Wow really? Thanks mister bread making guy" said Sonic he was happy he grabbed the bread and walked away. Shadow was still at the fountain waiting for Sonic, "I'm here" said Sonic, Shadow and Sonic both were grabbing the basket walking out the village and headed to the forest, Sonic sat down with Shadow "Here bread" said Sonic, but Shadow turned away he didn't wanted it. "Huh? You have to eat come on it's good bread just try it" said Sonic, Shadow looked at it for a moment and grabbed it he started to eat it. Shadow grabbed his bread and started to eat too he was happy the breads were big enough to fill them up. "There is still one left" said Sonic, they heard something near by, "Help me!" someone yelled scared. "huh?" Sonic went to check it out and there was a leopard attacking little Tails. "Oh no it's the little kid" said Sonic he ran over to Tails and hugged him, Tails hugged Sonic tight. The leopard got near them Shadow had no choice but to get in its way, Shadow glared at the leopard it seemed it was the same of before. Shadow grabbed it's tail and started to spin it around and slam it making it hit the ground, the leopard got up and knew that he couldn't against Shadow so he walked away. "Good job Shadow" said Sonic giving him a thumbs up, "That leopard almost eat me up" said Tails scared shacking not wanting to let go of Sonic, "What are you doing here?" Sonic asked. Tails lowered his ears, "I was.... following you I wanted to be with you after you defended me from the bullies but now I'm in the forest hungry" said Tails tearing up. "Oh we have some bread left you want it?" Sonic asked, Tails nod they took him to the basket and Tails quickly eat the bread, "You were hungry poor little guy" said Sonic petting his head. Tails finish eating the bread, "Thank you" said Tails smiling, "Why aren't you back at the school?" Sonic asked, "I don't like the orphanage no one likes me and most people don't even adopt me" said Tails with his ears down, "That's not true I like you" said Sonic petting his head. Tails looked up at Sonic "Really?" Tails asked, "Sure why wouldn't I?" Sonic asked. Tails hugged him, "I want to go with you" said Tails, "Well I don't think that would be a problem, right Shadow?" Sonic asked, Shadow crossed his arms "No mortal" said Shadow, "Aww please Shadow" said Sonic going near him and looking at him with puppy eyes. Shadow looked away, "Please!" Sonic said hugging his arm, Shadow looked at him.

 Sonic hugged his arm tighter hoping that would convince him, "Please?" Tails asked, Shadow roles his eyes. "So?" Sonic asked, Shadow nod "Yay!" Sonic hugged Tails. Tails laugh and hugged Sonic back, "Go now" said Shadow as he started to walk away, "Come on" said Sonic grabbing Tails and then went to Shadow and grabbed his hand. They keep walking, Sonic and Tails talk during the way laughing and giggling. Shadow keep walking without paying attention he though it was a bit annoying for the to do that. "So your heading to a village I heard of it, it is said to be pretty far from here I don't know how you guys expect to get their in days" said Tails, "Well it's our mission but we have to find someone else like us" said Sonic, "Someone like you... Well I never seen someone like either of you around" said Tails. "Well I can sense he is pretty far away but I know we can find him" said Sonic, Shadow keep walking till he stop. Shadow sat down for a moment he was concentrated he needed to meditate for a moment, "What's wrong with him?" Tails asked, "He just does that it's called meditation to calm the mind an his energy" said Sonic. Tails sat down as well with Sonic beside him, Sonic saw a little blue bird flying by "Look!" Sonic said pointing at it. "It's a bird a blue peck if I remember it" said Tails, "Come here little birdy" called Sonic, the bird flew to Sonic's hand. Tails was surprise by that and stares as Sonic gently petted the bird and giggled.
